List of engine problems... Need help.

List of engine problems... Need help.
1) Bad idle, car misses and is feeling slow. Misfire on #5 and #1.
- Replaced coils, plugs and O2's. No luck. Replace the injectors?
2) Car starts shuttering and randomly turns off when coming to a stop. Doesn't crank right away, takes about 8 tries.
- Replaced the CPS 2 months ago. No luck. Replace again?
3) Supercharger inactive sometimes, still not active with restart. Extremely rough supercharger engagement.
- Bad S/C clutch?
4) ESP unavailable - no accelerator response.
- Replaced accelerator with sensor. No luck.

Do a leak down test anything more than 5% is a major problem

I gotta ask, have you had it hooked up to Star yet?
Star is much more in depth than average OBDII code reader.

Have you had any mods installed/been tinkering around inside the engine before all this started? (when I had stalling issues it was a simple vacuum hose that connected to the TB that LOOKED like it was on fine til you tugged on it)
Really sorry bout all these problems, sounds like you have spent a bunch of cash already on it. Gotta be frustrating. DEFINITELY wanna do that leakdown test ASAP.
