feeling the age-140 K miles on my E55

Hey guys, just wanted to share. I got 140K on my 05 E55 anf just started to feel tne pain. My rear shocks are gone. Any advice on how to change them with the least amount of money?

BTW- my E55 has never given any problems so far!
