What is most current Nav DVD?
I have been looking all over the place but can't seem to find what the latest version of COMAND DVD to get for my E55. I would like to get the most up to date maps/firmware but don't know what USA version? I have a 2004. Can someone point me in the right direction?

That's great. Thank you. I can't believe that the update is $250.00. I might as well go get a new GPS unit!

i have the 2009 dvd that i got from another member on here for $125, but keeps on going in/out when i use it. Called the dealer and said i may need some upgrade to the command system.

Thanks. My '04 E55 is arriving tomorrow. It is coming straight from the dealer (new CPO woohoo) I'm hoping that the COMAND is uptodate. I will find out very soon.

You may need previous updates, can't skip any of the DVD updates.

I have the brand new navteq dvd and it sux!!!!! exact same as the original from 04', but with updated maps. No new software or images or anything. Do not waste your money.

Best thing to do................BUY A GARMIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have a 2004 with Nav and have bought many updates. MB Nav system is BAD. I just went and got a Garmin for less money than an update and it works 100 times better. Save yourself heartache.
