How did you work out your fitment issues? I'm having serious fitment issues and have tried everything. The lights just seem like they're too big and not the right size for the application.

i put the bulbs in without lenses to make sure they worked. the tabs that are suppose to hold the lamps to lens i broke off by bending the plastic back and forth. then put lenses back on.

Below is what AZNoptics said he did for fitment:

When I tried installing these on the test vehicle, what we did was install the LED bulb in first so we could properly align the LED. Then we pushed the cap in and the tabs flex as they snap in to reinforce the grip. Seemed to work that way.

What Hellzno said. Just install the LED first into the socket, then plug in the caps afterwards. If you have issue, and since you're local to socal, let me know and maybe we can meet up somewhere and take a look to see if we can help.

Hey AZN, I switched out those bulbs multiple times between left and right and no flicker! guess it was just a mechanical glitch somewhere. But All is good now!

Thanks Hellzno and AZN. I just got them to work. Unfortunately, the only way to do it was to break the plastic tabs off the lens that holds the bulb.

AZN -- I think the lights need to be 1mm or so shorter in length.

you'll want to go with HID fogs unless you want to retrofit LED strip

Well, best of the best is MTEC, but you're paying a pretty penny for those. I'll have H7 and H11 kits hopefully be end of this month/beginning of next month.

any 5000k/8000k DRL's for my w220?

I bought some (not from you) that has built in resistors that don't give me warning lights but for some reason the left one always causes 3 different types of LED's error msgs...
