Need some info on Brabus e55.
Hey guys im in the process of buying an e55 with a brabus engine. Do you think its a good idea? I'm new to the e55 world and Im not really sure if having a brabus motor is a good investment. Does any one know how much its gonna cost to keep it up? Has anyone heared of it having problems? Thank for the help guys

Im sorry I guess I gotta be a littile more clear. The car has a stage 2 brabus upgrade. I not sure what that is but the onwer told me that. he telling me it pushes out 569hp and 600lbs of torque.

Thats nothing more the a pully, tune and heatexchanger. Its not a Brabus engine, if it was a K8, maybe 600hp. I wouldt worry too much, but dont sell the farm to get it. Its a normal E55 with some upgrades.

I have the brabus 8V SC with Brabus K8 package that came originally with the car but i think this package is Pulleys (not only one, look into some of my posts I uploaded some pics of them in one thread that was opened about pulleys and ideal pulley), ECU tune of Brabus.
Now, my car it used to have 530hp (crank and not wheel) with its original mods (K8 package, Brabus exhaust, and I believe the brabus differential), everything else is stock E55, ex (Headers, IC pump, Heat exchanger, TB, etc..)
So, The best thing would be get your 55 car and mod it as you want !!!! You can choose good and decent ones, stay away from cheap stuff and also would not recommend expensive ones too !!! work it your way
