Anyone have a how to guide on adjusting the rear links... I know when John installed them it was a PITA but I dont want to keep harassing the guy.

It is a painful adjustment. I could never adjust it on the car. I have always unbolted the sensor(2 x 10mm bolts) and popped the link off the main connector, turned it to increase/decrease length, and then reinstalled. It is more or less above the differential area. I don't have any pictures but, it is tucked in there and you really have to be looking in the right spot to have a chance of finding it.
