G55 Modifications
Hello,
A relative of mine has a 2010 G55 that he wants to modify,
the car currently has a K2 Kleemann which is basically ecu upgrade, pulley and drop in filters with Kleemann headers and CM30 pump.
He want to put some additional mods to gain more power:
I've been eyeing on the following:
Carbon Intake
CF Python tubes ( dont know if they fit )
82MM throttle body
What have I got to do for cooling upgrades to reduce the likely chance of heat soak,
I know H/E is a must, I couldnt find any and does the ones offered for the E55 fit for the G55 ?
Are we on the right path ? Are there any modifications we should remove from the above list ? Are the phenolic spacers good ?

I think you're on the right path. After the pulley, and headers, my next to do mods would of been the 82MM TB and then the CF airbox. Then top it off when a custom dyno tune! How about the exhaust? Time to chop chop ![Big Grin](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
Good luck!

G55 & SLK55
I've posted it in the W211 forum because the G55 forum has very low activity and not many modify their cars, second of all we share the same engine with the E55 and the E55 W211 forum is pretty active.

+1. It's the reason why I post in this section as well. CLS55 shares the same motor and 90% of the 55 motor traffic is in the W211 section. I have gotten the best advice and insight from this section.
