Gear dependant torque limiters and faster shifting
About a month ago I had Jerry at Eurocharge modify the ecu file on my car so the torque limits in each gear was raised. At the same time the shift time was also changed. I wanted to drive the car for a month and get a good feel if it was worth it or not before reporting back to you all. Car feels like it doesnot limit the tq in each gear, you have to be very careful with the throttle the car will try to break loose with a slight tap of the throttle. Shifting times are also way faster. So all you all complaining about the 2nd to 3rd granny shift will love this mod. if anyone is interested contact Jerry.

Pardon my ignorance on the 55k platform, but how can you raise/remove the torque limiters For the transmission, from the ecu? On my v12tt, this must be done from the tcu.

Heat the crap out of your tires and launch the car like your at the track several times and keep it nailed till 120mph . Try this a few times and if the trans is still ok then whatever he did works great but daily street driving wont prove nothing .
