Hitting a tire in the road shouldn't be counted as a collision... its a road hazard... but insurance companies get away with charging you more for that type of claim... Its wrong because you couldn't avoid it, just like you can't avoid hitting a deer or a rock hitting your windshield!

I was only offering advice... but I wish i had more clients like you that love to pay through the noise and make lots of claims... I get paid on commission so if your premium is higher i make more money...

But thanks for your input anyway
In Canada Montreal, if hit anything in the freeway or rock crack the windshield are all cover by the Gov. Its called Road Hazard. In the US, i even have to pay the deductive for the windshield crack...... The road is Gov responsible to clean.... thats what the tax for.

E55 AMG
Yea In Florida you don't have to pay the deductible for the Front Glass Claim... and it is not chargeable.
