Question Electrical Issue

Hello all,

I have been having this issue with my car this winter where i lose all audio and nav functions. This has only happend when the temps fall below 40. I'll get in the car and power on the command and it will stay at the amg logo and then power off. The last time this happend i disconected the batt and then everything worked fine. any ideas? another thing that has happend is the cruise control boxes (like when u set the cruise u get the boxes going around the cluster) they are all yellow and no longer white.

Any help appreciated

Thanks

Hook it up to star das and it will tell you where the fault is.

i have had a similar problem. while keeping the car outside during cold nights i get in start it up in the morning n none of the steering wheel functions work not even the horn! after she warms up i turn her off and back on and everything works.... this only has happened to me twice so im not really stressed about it. sounds like your problem might be a little more serious.

I had the same problem a short while ago. One morning the car was completely dead. Replaced the battery and all is well now. Sounds like it could be the same thing-weak battery.
