Off topic - Carbon Fiber Carrera eye glasses
So...getting my annual eye exam (and my VSP throws in $500 for frames/lenses)...
So I thought I would share with you guys the first carbon fiber accents I've seen.
Of course I bought them.
Ray Ban also now offers a template that is 100% CF...but these are just inserts on the Carreras.
What was so funny is that the technician sizing my glasses had helped me pick out a couple of other pairs before and when I locked on to these he was like, "Hmmmm...really?" I was like, "Yeah, I have some CF on my car and I kind of dig it."

Guys like us that gotta occasionally sport the specs? No brainer.
The fact that Ray Ban is now making sunglasses with the option of cf temples is very cool...they won't break!!!

Yeah...I've received damaged CF before as well. The sheet stuff is kind of suspect. The Ray Bans - if you ever see them - are pretty sweet. I twisted and torqued the temples all over the place.
