PM me if you want more info. I had good success negotiating w/ MB on getting a lower payoff(much lower than residual) during the final 91 days of the lease. Also, if you're not interested in keeping, I may also have an interest in buying it. Thx.

Do you mind posting your Lease payment?
$39K sounds incredibly low for an E63 MB Financial buyout, especially from '08, when they were still trying to push up residuals, to push down payments. I've seen E350's from that time period with residuals right at about that (I could have sworn even higher on some occasions).
