Hey Marcus, you may want to check with Marion raceway. National trail is very tough on cage.

So, I can just send my wife out with the E/C girls and a grand, and not have to see her for the whole day?

Marion is not the best hooking track. But its great as far as the rules. I LOVE it there. No helmets needed. Suits cages ETC. They are VERY laid back. It is another hour north of trails. But I have never had an issue there. Last season they let me race a honda civic with my 08 Esclade and My bike trailer attatched to it and I beat him for $20 bucks LOL

Forrest is dead on. Just spoke to the GM Jim Layton. 11.49 or 7.35 1/8th and quicker need cages no if ands or buts. I tried to greese him several dead presidents and he would not budge. That rules most out. They were using 2 lanes and 1 is for the MB, BMW guys only.

They Prep. Its a good track I go consistant 9.6xx/9.7xx there on my bike and National trails is 9.5x-9.6x. I think marion will be fine. The only down fall is parking is in gravel. But its a large area.

But are the BMW guys gonna move their event to this new track? I think the MB lane vs. BMW lane is brilliant. That's kinda the whole reason I want to go. I'd love to see how I match up against some of the M cars.

Same event just different track. Charlie, Peter and Steve all have BMWs that will run faster then that so they will be banned from there as well. I am pretty confident Tim will move it 20 minutes up the road to the better track.

We are sponsoring the event, and we will not let it happen without proper track prep.

Even if we end up paying a ton more its worth it.

bahahahah marcus. He sent me a pm and threatened to ban me to, until I reminded him we are a paying sponsor of M5 board, and already paid for 2011
