Specific Secondary air pump circuit questions
I've got some pretty specific questions RE: The secondary air pump circuit. I'm hoping to get a little tribal knowledge from someone who has been there done that on a 2003 E55.
I have already jumpered my pump off of a battery and it works great, sounds like my daughter's hair dryer.
But, at no point am I getting current to the pump. So....
A) When is this circuit energized? (After start-up-if so how long, Only under certain climate conditions, etc, etc..)
B) Specific to 03 E55 where can I find any/all relays in the circuit?
c) Specific to 03 E55 where can I find any fuses or fu-links in the circuit?
Any knowledge passed on is endlessly appreciated.

The pump will initially run on a cold start-up and then randomly while driving because the ME-SFI is testing the system (emissions). I think on a 2003 the relay is in the right side of the trunk behind the trim panel. The large 40 amp fuse should be in the right front fuse box under the hood. I may be confusing that with another vehicle, hope this helps.
