Which Pulley 172mm or 180mm
Hey people,
i'am going to buy an Pulley for my E55.
Which would you prefer??? 172mm or 180mm???
Does somebody know, what else i need?

You would also need a new stretch bolt and a belt. But honestly you can't go wrong with either a 172 or 180, 180 will make a little more power just make sure you have your proper cooling mods in place.

2006 E55 AMG --old cars -- E39 M5, 2.7tt Audi S4, E36 M3 **Ducati 996, 748
many posts about this --- just search ... I think the 172 is the better bet --- 180 will need more cooling mods --- even with cooling mods I think the 172 will be more consistent and useable power.... Also, cooling mods on the 172 would be a good idea...
