fair offering price on 05 E55?
looking at two different 2005 E55s.
both have keyless go, nav, and pano roof.
both have ~40k on the odometer.
if both are in perfect shape, what would you consider a fair offering price?

If dealer is priced realistically I'd open with $26k but you'll likely need to pay high 20s (as said above) pre tax when all is said and done.

Paid $26,500 for my 2005 E55
I bought a 2005 E55 w/ 51,060 miles and paid 26,500 pre-tax [ Graphite Gray, Pano, Nav, Keyless start, tire pressure monitoring system]. One thing to note is that the dealer didn't do anything to the car so I'm having to take it to my local dealer to get everything checked out. Also, I'm purchasing an extended warranty b/c these puppies are expensive to maintain; add another $6K for a good warranty. Just get the car checked out thoroughly... cheap price may result in expensive maintenance.
Good luck!
