Headlight Help
Okay, i need some help from you guys.. Im looking to change out my bulbs for more of a white/ slight hint of blue look.. Yet i know nothing about this type of stuff. Do I need to get an HID kit or can I just get bulbs?

Andrew, do you already have bi-xenon's or are you trying to replace your halogen lamps for them?
I ordered 8000k DS2 Bulbs here and they work perfect in my factory Bi-Xenons.

Im not looking to spend a fortune, just change the bulbs i guess. Also I wanted to do matching city lights and fogs..

you can just change the bulbs if your car has xenon lights. let me rephrase when you turn you lights one do they look white or yellow. if white then you have xenons and will only have to buy a D2S bulb to change the color. if they are yellow you will have to buy the whole HID kit to replace the halogens.
