I thought I read it was based from the SL600. Looks pretty good, but not too sure about the interior colors...

certain parts of the interior look like they have been taken from the R230 SL. Rear taillights remind me of a AM Vantage

+1 I think the outside looks amazing but I'm not feeling that Netherlands Orange.
