What will performing a sneaky ecu reset on a ecu only tuned E55 do? Since having the tune I don't see or feel the need for it but just curious...

Generally speaking, the transmission adapts its' shift points based on how you drive.

Performing the 'sneaky Ecu reset' clears those adaptations. It does not affect a tune done by the factory or vendors.

So if you drive like old people ****, perform the sneaky Ecu reset and the car will 'come back to life's, so to speak.
