My real issue with the E63 conversion is it is factory. So everyone with a E63 or those who have done the conversion will have the same looking car. The prior is nice minus the fog lights. The Wald is just crazy.

I choose 2. I really like the 63 bumper but.... call me crazy, just don't like the bigger upper grille. The PD seems like a nice happy medium.

E63 is the best looking imo

Prior is not bad, a knock off I guess, but without that new style grill I think it doesnt look that great...

Wald... is there a puke emoticon? lol

The sleekness of the oem e63 bumper is just amazing. Nothing will ever beat it imo...

Wow thanks for chiming in guys. I am still torn on this. I see there are very few that like the Wald. What is it about the Wald everyone does not like? I think the dual fogs are strange but like the aggressiveness of it. The prior is growning on me. Since the first car to get it done here is the same color as my car.

The Wald is just too busy! It looks aftermarket which lookes ricey. The PD is nice and clean that is my vote. The E63 is on every E63 of course and now alot of E55s. Oh and the dual fog lights is just stupid looking kinda like 6 tailpipes. WTF

The older PD version would be sick if you could integrate the row of LED lights that comes on the newer E class... It would look much nicer than the regular fogs.

The 63 may be a bit common, but it has been wind tunnel tested by Mercedes aero engineers. The PD does look good, but does it add drag? The wald gets the Consuela vote, noooo.

My thoughts exactly. Why spend the extra money to get the look that everyone else has with their e63.

GO GO GO #3. Looks sick especially with all of the lower body kit/work around the car.

The first thing to enter my mind when I saw the Wald, was this guy from Lilo and Stitch.

It makes you a poser even though you have the e55, v8 kompressor badges? I think not. I poser would be someone that put e63 badges, and 6.3 badges on his e55...

Very true. But I am badge less any way so that does not matter to me. The PD is tipping the scales for me at the moment. We shall see. I have to find a good body shop out here in the desert then I will make my final choice. Are there any other kits out there?
