From what I are here is that forced induction is moving allot of air and they collapse or rip. Also I bet. Install sometimes is to blame. I've had these for two years on my clk500, have them on s500 and my dad has them on r350 no issues. I can are how some may not install them properly .

I M gonna order the matte black TTM scoops, if my filters go bad, I will yell at brad for a new set. I will keep my eye on them. UNless someone wnats to by my new green filters for the low price of 50 plus shipping. It is easy to keep an eye on the filters.

Dumping my 1000 mile greens due to this article, thanks guys. Bought a set of BMC's from Automotive Connoisseur Group of SD, they gave a 10% discount to me as a member of the forum, twice the price of KN's but they seem to have a great rep. If anyone wants some perfect greens, pn 2247 PM me.
