Do you have the unit available for purchase? I would take it off your hands today if you do! I understand it only appealing to a very small fraction of your customers, not many people with mercedes want to upgrade their head units. what do you have in there normally?
Thanks very much for your help!

I do.
I have a fair amount of MB owners that upgrade their audio, including the source unit, but it still only makes up about 5-10% of my clientele.
Back in there is a Kenwood. Of course this is tough since I do have a fairly healthy collection of Denons, Nakamichis, older Eclipse, McIntoshs, etc. But alas ... have to please the masses !

bass blockers do work, and i don't think they would hurt. he may not need them, but would you want a center standing as a mid-bass as well? we use bass blockers for a good portion of our clientele because they believe more bass=more street cred.=more power. so they treat every single speaker in the car as if it were 1000watts rms. as far as 100% pure copper wire, a small emerging company named CedarsLink is now making it. future 12v. business owner to business owner. hell, i'm still 19. i still got plenty to learn.

I do love the Kenwoods. If the DNX9980 was out yet I would have that already going in my car. I wonder how well the OBDII readout displays will do. Would be awesome to be able to see A/F ratio and IATs directly on the headunit!

An earlier poster said that our unit was something called a Dynavin.... it is not a Dynavin. We are having it made for us specifically, and from what I can find out about a Dynavin - the only similarity is the Dynavin also runs Windows CE as an operating system (leading to a similarity in screen look)

Dynavin vs. Cartronics
Software is the same - the hardware also looks exactly the same so it has to be the same mfg origin.
http://www.dynavin.com/products/product_dnv_mbe.php
http://www.cartronics.com/MBMost.html?MBClass=CLS&VIM=1
To the Cartronics rep: Please tell us if we will retain the following functions with your version:
1) service reminder
2) parking sensor audio
3) retain full info display including vehicle errors
4) also your site states: "Original Harness and Plug Compatibility". Does this mean that yours retains the digital MOST connection that our stock HU have?
5) Lastly Dynavin model retails for considerably less - Are there any other differences you can tell us about?
Thank you in advance.

Please do a search for the many reviews of the Haulingan and Dynavin units.. Pure junk, to put it mildly.
Thanks grantwoodx, we just noticed your post and have files a complaint with Alibaba. Those guys ripped off our photos... Not the first time those companies have done that over the years.
