Exterior mods bug
Hi all,
I am really pleased with the final outcome of the exterior, but I am always on the look out for more mods.......... anyone fitted carbon grill and mirrors?
Also just installed a used 200mph cluster, which I am also really pleased about as the general impression I got was that I have to get a new one. Do all your USA clusters tell you that you have selected 'comfort, sport1 & 2' Mine before did not and I had to look down everytime at the two leds near the gear stick.
Happy motoring

Car looks great. You're not the only one with an "exterior bug" haha, good thing these cars are gorgeous from factory. Have you considered upgrading your taillights?
And to answer your question, yes the cluster shows the sport1,2..

Can you elaborate on this as I got a used cluster and when installed mileage shows ----- as the cluster had more than 500 miles on it. therefore it can't be authorized to the EIS system. The only way I found to do this was to flash the cluster either back to virgin and then authorize it with the EIS or use Tacho Pro to flash the cluster EEPROM with the value I wanted and at that point it would ignore the mileage from the EIS.

Quick issue fix was a cruise control malfunction but the was due to the previous car having distronic.

Mine is Obsidian Black, and I like it, but nothing pops like a freshly detailed true black car.
Very nice, and I like the mods.

Melanite black on mine, which has a nice flick in different light conditions.........
I know what you mean and I prefer a bit of chrome to break it up.

what I mean is that when I push the suspension button, the main middle display now shows me for a couple of seconds what suspension option has been selected, I.E it flashes up and then goes. This did not happen with the 160mph cluster.
Basically I nice extra that I did not exspect.
cheers

Ah ok. Thanks for the clarification. I believe this feature has always been there for the US clusters. I was hoping you had enabled a feature that would always indicate on the cluster what suspension mode you were in, but I guess not.
