Hey Guys

I have a strange noise coming from under the car and when I jacked it up, it seems to be centralized around the transmission housing/Tranny sump.
The tranmission seems to be operating normally, but this noise is continuous and will speed up as I accelerate.
The only other issue I can see is a transmission oil leak from the sump pan gasket area.

Any ideas before I have to take it in blind would be a huge help.
