A Positive Experience At MB Dealer Here in MD...Wow
I stopped into my local MB stealership here in Germantown, and they gave me a brand new set of AMG floor mats (full set) and replaced every single lug nut on the car because I said one of them was a little rusty and rounded off. Wow. I was shocked....all free of charge. Heck, I went there to pick up my Bluetooth adapter and left with all kinds of goodies. Now I have a set of floormats for Winter and clean ones for Spring !!!
Oww well, just thought I would post something good before I destroy my stomach at PF Chang's in Tysons tonight.

I get all my MBs serviced at EuroMotorCars-Germantown. My service advisor is Charles, and I've been with him for years. Their service dept is top notch, however, I'd never buy a car from them. They price their inventory like we're in Beverly Hills.

I have a great dealer, too. And an excellent SA and service manager. And my tech is AMG certified and has been there for a long time. No complaints.
Plus there's a great Indy down the street with SDS. He's an AMG enthusiast and is always good for second opinions and out-of-warranty work.

I lived in Bethesda for around 5 years.
Bethesda is basically the Beverly Hills of the east coast.
