This is Mercedes Benz Diagnostic c3 V4 system .This is 100% better then regular c3 and this new system you can use with any laptop without problems .However,same sellers in eBay saying "you can use regular c3 with any loptop with usb" don't believe ,because that way you can easily damage MB ECU during diagnosis .This New System Mb Diagnostic v4 you can use with any laptop and it comes with external hard drive with software installed you don't have to install any software ( Software is hard part to install any computer ,other sellers they just send you Cd and you have to do yourself and trust me its really hard).The regular c3 you have to use with IMB T30 or Dell D610 Loptop ,but with this new system you dont have to pay for laptop.
