There's a few threads about this in the C63, and CLK63 BS forums. A couple members already purchased the other SC kit (Weistec). JRCart is having one installed on his BS right now.

They are a sponsor here.

x2
especially considering how the e63 tranny can't take near as much of a beating torque wise compared to a 55 tranny.
But you never know. I wonder how much this kit costs.

I wonder about that as well. It would be an expensive engine to replace.

well for the New E63, it has MCT 7 speed. which is the same in the new Bi-turbo engines. so i think it can handle some torque.

but for the C and W211 E63. i won't recomend it.

This is great. I always thought if they can turbo charge AND supercharge a Viper V10 engine why dont they do it to a 6.3 Benz motor? Good stuff, imagine how that E63 would pull with a S/C!!!!

Currently there are two versions of this kit posted on youtube. One with a top mount inter-cooler and another with a bottom mount.
Does anyone know which version is being produced/sold?

JRcart is installing one on his CLK63BS literally as we post. Can't wait to see the results.

Actually the MCT in the current W212 E63 (6.2L NA) is NOT exactly the same as the one coming out in the twin turbo version. The one that is available currently in the SL63 and W212 E63 has a much lower torque rating, and seem to heat up a lot faster after a burn out, which causes the car to pull power. My guess is that the one that will be released for the twin turbo versions will be upgraded to handle the extra torque.

Which will be a fun little mod when these 63 are dirt cheap after the TT's come out. Verrryyyy interesting.

Just gotta budget for trannys.
