Anybody recognize this car? I haven't seen it on here, but I don't frequent the E55 forum as much as I should.

Its an E55 with a salvage title! Couldnt be cheap enough for me.

What a piece of crap.....let me add to my post.....it was first a lemon buy back and then it was totaled and is now a lemon/salvage car! Whooo hooooo! Real beauty there! All in under 30k! Shes led a real ruff life!

TURD!

Definitely under-priced. I would be wary for sure.

read the description, it says the car's been in a front end collision.

Good call. Somehow I managed to gloss over the salvage title. That totally explains it.

I have been buying from Copart for years

As long you know the reason for it being a loss.(accident-flood-fire-stolen)
No floor. anything else is a go for me.
My rule is I must buy it, fix it and drive it for 2 yrs for 1/2 the price it would cost me for a clean title car and sell it for all the $ I have into it.
That car is well worth the $ as long you are able to inspect the car, drive it take the carpet up look under check it from top to bottom. Check all electronics spare tires look for water line under seats... take it apart like if you were crossing the Mexican border.

The miles are so low because it has more time spent on it's roof than wheels. The "Euro Charge Torch Convertor" is interesting. so is the oild and trans cooler stuff up front.

E55 AMG
Is it just me or does that paint job not make any sense? Maybe I'm just old (35) but to paint a car to make it look like primer is absolutely stupid. I would have never thought that would be the "in" thing.

He put $16k in it and is selling for $22k... doesn't add up. I am going to guess that it still has issues and he's not bothering with it anymore.

I kind of like the look, but that thing would be a bi*ch to clean. The xmas paper carbon fiber tape looks like crap. I do like the black tanks on the engine.

Funniest part and I love how some sellers try to market their vehicles, by attempting to pump you up...

An enormous amount of exterior details will not only underline distinguishing personality of its future owner, but will also get you noticed and respected anywhere you arrive in this vehicle.

Thats what happens when trying to sell a salvage car.. You can get a clean title 55 for almost the same price (albeit slightly higher mileage one)
