I know it has been covered in the past but has anyone gotten the new version with the selectable modes? I'm thinking of doing this as my next mod. Is it worth it?

I am looking to add the sprintbooster as well curious to know what the difference between the new and old one other then the 3 modes. I see from reading posts guys prefer the older one. looking for suggestions and comments as well.
