Should I delete the second cats and straight pipe them or put in racing cats?

Exclamation Should I delete the second cats and straight pipe them or put in racing cats?

My second cats are dead causing "ding ding" sound inside. Options are delete them and put in straight pipe, or racing cats. Which one is better actually?

I already have the resonator delete with Eisenmann exhaust, if I remove the cats, am I going to get noticeable sound different and more drone? And more importantly, will I lose a lot of torque?
