TPMS Screen Not showing up in Dash!
Hey Guys....The Tire pressure screen isn't showing up in my dash at all. I went to MB and they suggested I change the two rear TPMS sensors and see if the system picks up the pressure. If it does then it will also give me an error message because the two front sensors are dead as well.
Wouldn't I simply get an error message if the batteries were toast? I don't think this an error/warning message you can just clear if you don't want to replace the sensors.
If replacing the sensors is all I need to do then great. However I'm worried the TPMS was disabled by the previous owner. Any thoughts?

if it came with it then it would display an error, unless the previous owner disabled it in the cluster using STAR because he did not want to pay out for replacement sensors. If so the dealer can re-enable it, but you will most probably find the sensors are dead.
