Star lowering in Seattle area?

Does anyone know where I can get my car lowered via STAR in the Seattle area? Dealer is giving me a hard time with my LM. thanks

Does the lowering require developer mode of STAR? - I get the impression CarNutz would probably do it.... maybe just at the price of your first born.
