What software are people downloading on their laptops for datalogging?

What software are people downloading on their laptops for datalogging?
My Actron scanner was taken out of my car this weekend while out and about... Rather than buying another hand held unit, I wanted to know if there is software I can download to my laptop and use my Eurocharged OBDII cable to connect to the car for datalogging, and checking codes, etc.
