I know this thread is old, but I was just thinking about doing this on my C and it came up through a Google search.
Did you ever try it? I know people really flame for this, but I think they have the "ricer", fast and furious, bass bumping under glow in mind. I think just a really soft, dim white accent, using an LED strip light, would give me a unique look. They can be bought for around $20 on Amazon, maybe I'll just go for it :/

It is your car, but there are so many other things to do which would enhance your car for the positive. Needed maintenance items, etc. It is a slippery slope, once you start and end up on PepBoys mailing list:

Do you guys really think this looks that bad?
Obviously I don't have a Brabus, but I think the LED accent is a cool look...maybe I am From what I understand these Brabus lights are only on when the door is open? Maybe I could wire them to my fogs, like puddle lights.
