I actually disagree, 03-05 are bad years for Mercedes Benz. (Especially 2000 to 2002 W220)
That being said, a car that has been used with some miles probably has all the issues worked out of it. Maybe a little less miles would be nice 70kish but cars with 30k miles and an 03 are a flag for me especially if it has more than 1 owner. Also from all the research I have done from S600 to E55 to CL65 they all run strong over 100k and into 150k as long as they are maintained. I think the 100k preception stems from the performance droping in American cars at around 100k but these cars run strong well past 100k
Also miles isnt a reflection of age or quality of a car but only motor use. The Suspension, Bushings, Rotors, Struts, Frame, Fuel Injectors and Filters are all 8 years old
