Help!! Need SC Clutch Pulley Bearing in So CAL

Just noticed mine has grenaded and I need the bearing. Saw one on Ebay but its 2-3 weeks out.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Car is at the shop ready for the swap. Owner can only find the complete clutch for $500

I only need the $30 bearing.

Cheers guys!!

Depending on the price, I may be interested in one. The guy on ebay is charging $40 shipping and it's a bit outrageous.

Are you planning on installing it yourself? If you are your gonna need a narrow 24mm socket and that bolt is a mother****er to take off!

I am letting my pals @ Pacific Coast Benz hook up the repair, if i could only find the bearing!!!!!

Its only a bearing and i am having a beast of a time finding one.

Nachi says they will be here in August.

My mechanic is removing the bearing and I will see if I can find a comparable replacement. If not I gotta splurge on a new assy @ 450.

Yeah, nachi says the bearing should be in the $50 range from a local distributor.

I think your gonna have to buy the one on ebay, but you can also try locatebearing.com. I looked everywhere and those are the only two places i found them. Ebay was 120 with shippin and locatedbearing.com quoted be 149.

The Nachi bearing is a limited OEM bearing. Kaman is one of Nachi's largest distributors with 187 stores nationwide and they have none. Kaman informed me that after speaking with Nachi that there will be no more bearings PN: 45bg07s5a1g-2dl until August and that could change as a result of the problems in Japan, although the Nachi site says no problems at the moment. The Taiwan price is a bit high and the shipping is about right. If you need or think you might need a bearing, I would get it ASAP. There are 3 bearing on the shelf at http://www.locateballbearings.com/surplusInventory.html for $150 each, so take your pick.
