like you said "ex" company. No point bringing that back up when they're under new management. I'm sure there are lots of members on the board who have ZERO issues after the new management.
I've persoanlly dealt with them after the change over and the customer service was excellent. Not only that but even after a year I had some issues they helped me with no question asked.

If changes been made, and new customers are obviously happy with the direction the company is going there is just no point bringing up what HAD happenED.
