Light bolt on dyno numbers

She is a strong one fella's I had my beast dyno'd last week before she goes under the knife, and I am pleased with the numbers.

My light mods are as follows:
  • K&N Filters
  • TTM intake scoops
  • Secondary cats removed
  • 3" Magnaflow Magnapack axel back
  • Meziere pump
Dynojet readings were 421rwhp/489rwtq. This is on the stock tune. Before I installed the pump, my IAT's were super high at 125* for in city driving, no WOT blasts at all. I then installed the pump, and threw it on the rollers and received the above readings. I will post my IAT logs sometime today for a comparison.

That HP is pretty much what my car put down with similar mods, but yours put down considerably more torque...nice!

Nice, but I wouldn't get to excited over dyno jet numbers since they are known to read higher than other types of dynoes since they are inertia dynos for the most part out there instead of loaded eddy current dynoes. There are some newer ones out there that read more comparable to say mustang dynos that have eddy current load availability as well as the inertia style dynoing that they are known for using.

Do you know if the one you used is a loaded dynojet or was used as an inertia dyno like most (which read higher) since they put less load on the car like it would experience in "real world" conditions?

I would say what is more important is to use that same dyno after any mods to see your changes.

Very nice numbers. My car put down 420whp/480wtq completely stock, but i have since done a meziere pump, eurocharged he, sec cat delete, and meisterschaft race exhaust. Idk if I will be stronger, but I think your #'s are very healthy
