NAV/GSP issue

Hey fellas,

My 05 E55 is having an issue with the GPS. When I drive it sees me moving...but the map is way off. I searched regarding this issue and found others with this problem...but they were old posts with no resolution. Any thoughts?? Its almost like my GSP issn t getting a strong enough signal. Oddly enough...this started right after I got the car back from my EVOsport header install. Perhaps something went array due to disconnecting the battery? Thoughts?

How far off are you? a few feet? meters? Or is are you in a completely different town in the map?

To paint a picture for you....I live roughly 5 minutes from NYC. When I leave my home, my NAV thinks I'm driving in the Hudson river. Not good.

I have heard of others having this issue...but no one has ever posted the root cause or what can fix the issue.

Possibly the antenna coming disconnected?

Hmmmm.....as suddenly as it started....the NAV is now back on point. I used it to get to some tricky spots in the city today with no issues. Odd.
