2 Quick Questions
I used the search button first but couldn't find the exact answers here so here they are:
Where exactly do you add brake fluid to our beasts? My brake light just came on despite me putting on new pads, sensors and fluid (rotors were fine), so I'm assuming I may just be a bit low on fluid. Hopefully there's a resevoir in the engine bay where I can add it?
As I live in AZ I was going to remove that plastic shroud just below the wipers to allow heat to escape the engine bay. How do I do this exactly (DIY?) and any risk if I take it to a car wash that water could flow into the engine bay and get critical electrical parts wet?

Actually I found the brake fluid resivoir, it was hidden by a black plastic showd. And for what it's worth I tried uncrewing the plastic piece just below the wipers but two of the plastic screws starting stripping out (and I was using the right screw driver and applying good force), so I stopped. 
Any tips for that besides using a ton more force, perhaps a power tool to take the screws out? They seemed incredibly soft and challenging to remove.
Or, more likely, I'm just a mechanical idiot.
