Here is the reply I received from my recent inquiry from Jonari Corp Sales Team.
"We don't stock the BlanBallen line from WALD. We can special order them from WALD. They will cost you $500 delivered to any US address. Fyi: the LED's WALD uses on the W211 are cheaper plastic ones, and you can see the visible screws on the the unit. The main advantage is that you get a custom housing specifically made for the W211...so you save money on no fabrication time." |
anybody thinking about group buy for maybe a cheaper price?!
|
So, are they cheapy parts or are the WALD LED's good quality???
|
BTW, I am in for a group buy!

in somewhat of a dilemma now.

haha. Me too, I have all the parts for my e63 conversion except for the fog lights. I am not sure what to choose or where to get them.
|

Any updates on these WALD led fog lights? I was looking at the picture of the orange e63 above, and I swear those are the stock LED fog lights on the W212 AMG's. If so, do they just fit right in place???

I did mine with Philips Daylight 4 LED DRL while keeping the fogs. The Philips DRL is made of very high quality which has glass lense, metal body and real reflectors for each LED (unlike cheaper made units that has a magnifying lense over forward facing LED) which is E-mark approved I believe.
I like the design of Wald better due to the cleaner look but for those who would like to keep stock fogs can consider the Philips which is easily reversible (only 2 small holes has to be drilled on the side with solid platic cover). http://tw.bid.yimg.com/ac/2f/84/1213...600x0450-m.jpg |
box986 can you take a pic without the lights on? Like to see how that looks as well.
