I'm understanding the quality is not up to the usual Wald level.........I would like to know if the 2012 driving light housing can be retro'd to fit.

Hold the Horses!!! I was way off...After hours of research I think I got it now. I looks like it is the MB Original LED from the W212 AMG E63. Check the comparison pic I did here:

Nice research, but the size between the two appear off with the W211 being longer and shorter. I'm going to visit the dealer next week and measure. $256 each but worth it if they fit and factory quality vs the Wald. Thanks Chris.

FYI, the above are just the LED lights only, you need the housings which actually are very reasonable for MB parts.
