I have been searching for some nice DRL but due to the difficulty of getting the WALD and wanting to have a factory finish I have continued searching... I came across these this morning and I'm wanting to pull the trigger... Thoughts?

Looks to be right about $250 shipped with a sketchy ordering system but I just sent the seller a message and Im waiting on a reply. It says its ABS material so its plastic and not high end glass but (from what I can tell in the crappy pics) it looks a lot better than the alternatives, provided the difficulty of getting the wald products. Anyone have experience with these?

Yeah I saw those also but I thought they were different. Now taking another look they may be the same but the eBay ones are only like $152 shipped. Anyone have experience with those? I am probably going to pull the trigger tomorrow if I don't hear back anything for sure thats negative.

Well I pulled the trigger and just bought them and will post up the end result. Oh and a little correction... They are $152 + $20 for shipping. So its actually a total of $172 shipped. Also, according to the description these will only fit a w211 e55 with a converted e63 front end or obviously a w211 e63 as that was what they were designed for.

Sorry "if" this is high jacking the original focus of the thread... Just trying to help everyone and learn a bit in the process.

sweet price if they do end up fitting but from the picture on the site they def will not fit. Though they do claim they fit so i guess only time will tell at this point

Either way it's worth a shot... I'm hoping that the pics of them uninstalled are of them upside down which hopefully flipped would more follow the lines of the opening. I don't know... But fingers crossed. lol

Agreed... Who ever is talking to Vivid Racing... Let's see if we can maybe just setup an online purchase with a coupon code discount to make it easy provided we hit a minimum commitment to buy on here. That's the easiest I've seen these things run. Or have each person call in and provide payment information to them over the phone and then charge once they reach the number and a previously agreed upon price.

I can tell you right now there's NO WAY I'm paying $700+ for them and $500 is pretty rough to swallow...
