If I ask, my dealership will pick up the car in my driveway and return it when it is done.
Beats a shuttle or a limo.
I usually don't -- I can drop it off and why take advantage of them.
I didn't even buy it from them. All they're getting is service and the hope of a future sale.
Best dealership I've ever worked with.

I asked about this actually at one of the dealerships I go to and they told me that MB has stopped subsidizing the loaner car service and a few other things. Because of that its up to the individual dealerships to offer loaner cars if they want to. Not sure if its true, but that particular dealership only offers courtesy shuttle pickups/dropoffs or will pickup/dropoff your car for service.
