HE upgrade / Engine temp question

So... long story short I planned to gather a few parts and install them all at the same time but after taking the car out for a ride to be sure the wideband was working I noticed I was getting IAT of 205 @ 92 ambient(60MPH -120MPH), So i knew right away I needed to handle the air cooling asap so i went ahead and installed a few of the parts I already had laying around. I installed the larger of the ZZP HE we talk about here (Stage 3 core dimensions: 27 3/4" wide x 6 1/4" height x 2 1/16" thick
-Version 1 - Dual pass), I was actually surprised how easy the install was it took a bit of doing but over all it was simple.. took about 2hrs as i had to do a few mods and I'd never taken the front bumper off before; Paired it up with a CM30. I snapped a few cellphone pics but nothing great(will follow).
Initial assessment: HUGE improvement, 0-130mph @89 ambient car never crossed 140 degrees... temps return to 92-97degrees within seconds, 7-8 back to back full throttle pulls not always from 0 but always past 120mph car never got over 140 degrees.
The end tanks on this HE are big and im sure more then double the overall capacity, my car is otherwise stock.

I plan to split the system (have the stuff just want to log the difference)and run the pump on ignition but that brings me to my question... My engine temps I think are a little high at a steady 198-201 and are mostly unaffected by outside temp. What kind of temps are you guys seeing stock and otherwise? Any old school tricks to keep the beast cool? (I'm trying to avoid the -10 mod fyi)

Engine temps sound about right. Some have pulled the plastic piece under the opening on the hood in order to vent some heat out through that duct.
