FIRST CLAIM...CNA EXTENDED SERVICE CONTRACT
Purchased the CNA 60 month extended service contract when my CPO ran out and had my first experience using it last Friday. Crank position sensor failed, (in my garage fortunately), and the car had to be flat bedded to the dealer.
The dealer arranged for and paid for the tow,
gave me a 20% discount on a transmission service which I needed and had the car washed and ready Monday afternoon.
Not bad. Not bad at all. If this kind of service continues, the plan will be well worth the $3,800 purchase price.
