Can I have some of what you're smoking? BMW was the heat well into the 00's.

And my all-time fave:

Don't dismiss an entire generation of cars because of Bangle.

+1. M5 not out until September, at the earliest.

Totally agreed - the e38 platform 7 series was my favorite car ever. I owned two of them...a white 2001 740iL, and a 2001 anthracite metallic 740i sport. Gorgeous cars.

Back in 2000 when I was graduating HS my buddies dad got a fully loaded silver on black. It was the first car I had ever driven and he used to let us take it out on the weekends to impress the girls.

The car was AMAZING. I still remember the new car smell and how powerful I thought it was.

BTW, this is what I love about this forum, even if you're an AMG fan you can still give credit where credit's do!

Those split 5-spoke wheels are still being emulated today. Such a sick car. Glad to see this forum still has great taste!!
