I forgot to mention that the gaskets I bought from them were not listed as being for the W211 but for the other two models. I asked my MB parts guy to cross them and they are the same mirrors used.

I just disassembled mine. No parts number from any side on the gaskets. I think it's not a separate part because cable going thru small hole in it and to remove/replace the gaskets need to either cut connectors on a cables or make the hole wider where the cable come through and this could lead to water leak in

/\ Agreed, you'd think after this much time that they'd be available. The place that I've found them before was on ebay at http://myworld.ebay.com/pamela123knitting/
By the way the W203 gaskets are the same as well as the R class. This person above is completely dimantling parts and selling them bit by bit, so maybe you'll find just the part you need instead of an whole assembly. Right?

So does the w203 seal fit the w211?

The replacement motor has a 203 prefix on it, which suggests the motors and seals are the same.
I tried ordering an item from parts.com from that might have been a seal (part 2118110298), but they emailed me and said the part number was not valid (even though the part is listed in their Mercedes part catalog).
Given the wire that goes through the seal has a plug that's larger than the hole in the seal, I believe the only official way to repair the gasket/seal is to replace the entire motor assembly

I think I have some spare aftermarket ones that are on my aftermarket broken ones. They were used for only 4-5 months before painter/detailer broke the motors (not knowing that they were electric) PM me if people still need the gaskets.

My driver side mirror was hit the other week and now the oil has leaked out of the thing. Does anybody know where to get a replacement or even better...the upgrade to the retractable mirrors?

W211 Side Mirror Gaskets
We're back up guys. I only have about 8 pairs of these power folding mirror gaskets available. The US-spec, non-power-folding gaskets are still in prototype stage. Thanks for your patience all!

Why am I subscribed to this thread yet I have no posts? MBgasket, were you operating under a different screen name and banned for non supporting vendor advertising and subsequent posts deleted? If so, that is crap. I feel a ban/suspension coming my way...

That's great news! I may buy another set just to keep since it took so long to come by these. I am still waiting for mine to ship out. You have the normal US spec mirrors correct? Did you just cut holes for the plugs or anything special?

I have the us spec mirror. The only thing I did was punch a hole in the gasket and shove the wires through. I did not use the hole in the original location but rather the nub that's on the new gaskets.

W211 Gaskets
*UPDATE* ..since we're having issues with tooling, we can offer the "Euro" gaskets at $70/pair, shipped. The only installation inconvenience these gaskets pose is filling the old wires hole with a silicone sealant and cutting/punching a small hole in the new gaskets, then sealing that hole. Fit and finish however, is excellent. See above feedback to verify this.
Please send me your paypal email address if you want a pair of these. I will have my next shipment within two weeks and then will invoice those who want them.

I installed mine too Perfect, and about ****ing time.. I too wish I didn't pay the higher price, but who cares, I have money coming out of my ***.
The Euro ones are fine. The connectors wont fit through the hole anyway, so you're gonna cut a hole. Unless you want to heat and stretch.
I'm assuming its a tight fit, which reminds me of when I met Denroll for the first time. That problem is long gone as I am sure others can attest to.
