Good bye AMG :(
Well guys it was a very sad day last thursday for myself. My E55 was picked up and on transport out to the east coast to be delivered to her new owner.
Wanted to say thanks to everyone on this board. Very appreciative to all the knowledge, criticism and kind words provided during the ownership of that car. She will truly be missed and I know her new owner is very happy to have picked her up.
Time for a new project, just bought a brand new 2011 S4 Prestige, Stasis Touring Edition (Stasis exhaust, suspension, wheels and ECU tuned to 410hp). This car will never be the E55. Ever. But... it is very fun to drive, incredibly tight suspension and handling. Throaty exhaust. Extremely comfortable. And it has a full warranty which I never had in the Merc. Only mods are going to be some ADV.1 Goodness, Alcon Brakes, Tint, Escort 9500, and some subs. Just wanted to share with my fam here:

Gorgeous new car. I know a few people with new S4's who love them. Enjoy it in good health. I had no idea Stasis made a kit for the new S4! That's awesome.

I had a lot of experience with tuning and modifying the old 4.2 B6 S4. I loved that car, still miss it sometimes. I think you'll enjoy the S4, especially when your flying up to Eisenhower in the winter. Get some blizzaks on 18's for the winter and u'll really love it.

Nah, it's S-Tronic. The 7 speed is really nice.
Ya the E55 was a stunner. The wheels wen't with her and her new owner was very pleased when it was delivered tonight. Hopefully he'll stop lurking and post some delivery pics soon.
