Help needed. SL55 split cooling

Anyone have a DIY for split cooling on a sl55? Doing it for a buddy, but the setup seems a lot different!

Any help would be apprciaited! Shardul? llol

Wheres the best place to mount the res? The left side has no room, does it matter if I run it to the right side?

try to mount it buy the passenger side fire wall if room permits.

We ended up doing at the same way as the e55. Pretty cool how sl55 has self bleed system. But it also causes the coolant to mix at 2 places! Instead of 1!

Exactly...

In case anyone is interested I think this guy was an A grade black smith or something in a past life, he and Tbal are also starting their own high end AMG fabrication shop - keep an eye out for it.
